Isodecyl Pelargonate Plasticizer 1 Gallon Summary
In our opinion, Isodecyl Pelargonate (IDP) is the best plasticizer for HTPB-based binders. Its low density, low viscosity, low vapor pressure and cure retardant properties will give you a noticeable improvement over DOA, DBP or whatever else you've been using. 10-35% of the total binder percentage is the usual concentration. 1 gallon bottle.

Highly recommend the IDP - Isodecyl Pelargonate Plasticizer from RCS. In past ive used multiple other plasticizers. Some i used to rave over. But now ive found a superior replacement with IDP from RCS. I was able to use less IDP percentage and get the same viscosity affect as higher amounts of others including what i used to love and rave over. Using the same percentage made my propellant more workable, pourable and cured quite well. The flexibility and propellant bond was perfect. Really love this product tons. Cant recommended it enough.
