Presentation given by Gary Rosenfield at the NFPA Fall Pyrotechnics Committee meeting on 9/30/19 - 10/2/19. This presentation was made in support of a proposal to increase the permitted casing temperature of high-power rocket motors using non-metallic casings of low thermal capacity and conductivity.
