The first high-power venues are described such as Anaheim Stadium, Lucerne Dry Lake, early NARAMs, and LDRS. Other topics covered include the NAR's entry into high-power, the debut of reloadables, the Vulcan Video and hybrids. The presentation concludes with the AeroTech fire and the ATF lawsuit and resolution. Includes 16 pages of written narrative in addition to an extensive photographic history.
