May be used with with RCS 38mm high power Experimental Motor Kits™ (EMKs), also fits 02045-X and 02065-X liners.
Propellant may be cut with a hobby knife and drilled by hand or with non-sparking equipment operating at 500 RPM or less. DO NOT use high speed saws or cutters to machine propellant.
