Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene Resin 1/2 Gallon Summary
RCS Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene (HTPB) resin has a functionality of 2.4 - 2.6, which results in a higher crosslink density than lower functionality HTPB with the better room temperature curatives (like our modified MDI isocyanate), without resorting to other ingredients that can adversely affect the cure chemistry. It also allows you to use higher percentages of plasticizer without the propellant becoming too soft. OH values generally range from 0.80 to 0.86; the measured value is printed on the container label. 1/2 gallon bottle.
