Effective immediately, all purchasers of AP must have a Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) L2 or higher certification on file with RCS, or provide evidence (business license or purchase order on company or school letterhead) that they are a legitimate business or academic customer. Orders will not be shipped until the requested documents are received by RCS.
